User Profile Service: Error The operation was aborted because the client side timeout limit was exceeded

In my task , I have try User Profile Synchronization Service on sharepoint 2010 .

Note. In my test User Profile Synchronization , My domain have multiple child domain , Example > thailand.com , bkk.thailand.com,Puket.thailand.com and xxx.thailand.com in each domain have user more than 2000 + people.
On my lab sharepoint 2010 SP1.
On step

1. I have create new connection and and fill information forest domain , Username&Password and choose for OU User I want synchoronization user.
2. Start Profile syschonization
3. Wait Sharepoint page load use profile and I have get error

The operation was aborted because the client side timeout limit was exceeded.

I try follow on this step change timeouts on link http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff681014.aspx#timeouts it not work for me.

My solution fix User Profile Service: Error The operation was aborted because the client side timeout limit was exceeded

1. Go to sharepoint Server
>Computer Configuration \ Windows Settings \ Security Settings \ Local Policies \ Security Options. Then select “network security: LDAP client signing requirements”, change to “None”.
and restart server SharePoint , Try Synchronization again .
For more information on the User Profile imports go to:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office Servers\14.0\Synchronization Service\UIShell\ and run MSIISClient.exe
