Manage Web Application permissions in SharePoint 2013

A web application will works as logical container for site collections that create. All web applications will have site, web, list and permissions. Permissions for web applications will apply to all users and all the site collections as groups in web application. We can control user actions user actions by enabling and disabling the permissions associated with web applications. We can create permission policy for web application to set the permissions for specific users or users.
We can manage permissions for web applications by configuring the permissions set as followings,
Navigate to application management in SharePoint central administration and click on Manage web application
Select the web application to configure the permissions Select User Permissions link in the security group in ribbon.
Select the check boxes in the permissions to enable, clear check boxes to remove the permissions in User Permissions for Web Application dialog box. If we want to select all the permissions by selecting Select All check box and we can alaso clear the permissions by removing Select All Check box. Click on Save button.
