How to Change path all logs SharePoint 2010 

In default , Logs SharePoint set in default path Drive C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS
I have recommend change path default to another Disk because drive C it same drive OS and performance I/O harddisk.

How to change path logs SharePoint 2010.

1. Log in Central administration
2. Go to menu > Monitoring
3. Click > Configure diagnostic logging
4. On title Trace logs menu
Change path logs : UNC path 
Example : D:\Logs
and save OK
You go to monitor logs on new drive.
